At JOJO & CO Designs, every garment is carefully crafted to meet our quality standards and your unique specifications. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines the terms governing the collection, dispatch, and delivery of orders.

Production Before Delivery

All garments are made-to-order and require a production period before dispatch.

• Standard production timelines typically range from 5–10 working days, depending on design complexity, fabric availability, embellishments, finishing requirements, and current production workload.
• Heavily detailed garments such as bridal wear, beading, embroidery, appliqué, corsetry, hand embellishments, luxury finishing, and custom design elements may require additional production time.
• Production timelines do not include shipping or courier transit times.

Order Processing

• Production begins once payment has been confirmed.
• Clients will receive updates regarding the status of their order where applicable.
• Orders will only be dispatched after final quality inspection and packaging have been completed.

Delivery Options

JOJO & CO Designs may offer one or more of the following delivery methods:

• In-Store Collection / Pickup
• Local Delivery
• Nationwide Delivery
• International Shipping

Available options may vary depending on the client's location and order requirements.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed.

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

• Delivery destination
• Courier service availability
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs clearance procedures (for international shipments)
• Other factors beyond our control

All delivery dates provided are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Urgent Orders

Clients with event dates, travel plans, weddings, birthdays, or other time-sensitive occasions must communicate these requirements before placing an order.

• Priority production and express shipping services may be available.
• Additional charges may apply for rush production and expedited delivery.
• Acceptance of urgent orders remains subject to production capacity.

Shipping Fees

• Delivery and shipping charges are separate from garment production costs unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package size, weight, and courier rates.
• Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or government fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

JOJO & CO Designs shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete recipient information
• Invalid contact details
• Failure of the recipient to receive the package

Additional delivery charges may apply where re-dispatch is required.

Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the garment transfers to the client upon successful collection or delivery.

Once an order has been handed over to a courier or collected by the client:

• Risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the client.
• JOJO & CO Designs shall not be responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving courier-related issues.

Inspection Upon Receipt

Clients are encouraged to inspect their garments immediately upon collection or delivery.

Any concerns regarding:

• Incorrect items
• Production defects
• Missing items
• Packaging issues

must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Reports submitted after this period may limit our ability to investigate or provide corrective action.

Failed Deliveries

Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information:

• The courier may attempt redelivery based on its policies.
• Additional delivery fees may apply.
• Storage, return, or re-shipping costs may be charged to the client where applicable.

Force Majeure

JOJO & CO Designs shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather conditions
• Industrial actions or strikes
• Government restrictions
• Transportation disruptions
• Public emergencies
• Customs delays
• Internet, banking, or courier service interruptions
